The Burlington County Bar Foundation is the charitable arm of the Burlington County Bar Association. Formed in 1986, the Bar Foundation seeks to foster and maintain the honor and integrity of the profession of the law, and facilitate and further the science of jurisprudence.
For more than 20 years, the Burlington County Bar Foundation has been sponsoring programs for those less fortunate throughout Burlington County. Some of the programs sponsored by the Foundation include:
- Annual Holiday Party for needy children
- Annual scholarship award presented to a deserving law student
- Annual grants to local high school civic groups
- Monetary awards for Essay and Art Contest winners for Law Day
- Mock Trial Competition for high school students
- Donations to various charitable organizations in Burlington County
By supporting the Burlington County Bar Foundation, you are contributing to the many community service projects it sponsors, while improving the quality of life for those less fortunate.
High School Grant Program – The Burlington County Bar Foundation is again pleased to offer grants to Burlington County high school civic groups in an effort to assist them in their charitable endeavors.

CHILDREN’S HOLIDAY PARTY – DECEMBER 7
The Foundation is happy to again sponsor the annual Children’s Holiday Party for underprivileged children on Saturday, December 7, at the Special Services School. Children are invited from throughout Burlington County and are provided a full breakfast, crafts and entertainment, a magic show, a photo with Santa and his elves, and gifts for every child.
Donations are still being accepted at Bar Headquarters through November 22, 2013. Donations should be new, unwrapped and cost approximately $10 each. Monetary donations are also accepted. Volunteers are also being sought for the following events up to and including the party:
Wednesday, December 4, 5 p.m. – Wrapping Party at Bar Headquarters – Come help wrap gifts for the kids. Pizza will be served.
Friday, December 6, 4 p.m. – Transportation of gifts and decorations and decorating. Meet at Bar Headquarters.
Saturday, December 7, 8:45 a.m. – Special Services Junior/Senior High School. Volunteers needed to assist with check-in, crowd management, crafts, distribution of gifts and to have fun with the kids.
Saturday, December 7, 12 Noon – Volunteers are needed to help clean up and breakdown decorations and transport them back to Bar Headquarters.
