Bar Happenings
Nearly 300 disadvantaged children were on hand at the Burlington County Bar Foundation’s annual Children’s Holiday Party on December 3, 2011. The children were served a hot breakfast with eggs, french toast, bacon, sausage, pastries, fruit and more, while creating keepsake crafts such as personalized Santa hats and holiday decorations. Brian Richards had more than a few tricks up his sleeve as he treated the children to a magic show, but nothing was as enchanting as when Santa touched down to give each child a wrapped present, item of clothing and some stocking stuffer goodies. A wonderful time was had by all. A big thanks to the volunteers who made this special event possible!
