Schlesinger Scholarship Award – The Schlesinger Scholarship Award is given annually to a law student who has resided in, or been employed in, Burlington County within the last 10 years. High School Grant Award – The Burlington County Bar Foundation sponsors an annual high school grant program. Grants are awarded to Burlington County high school civic or student groups performing charitable work in the community. Click the link for an application.
Speakers Bureau – A free public service of the Burlington County Bar Association, the Speakers Bureau provides organizations, schools and civic groups with experienced attorneys to speak on a variety of topics. Law Day– Law Day is celebrated annually on or about May 1 to inform the public about the importance of the rule of law in our society, and the role that lawyers and the courts serve in guaranteeing an open, independent and unbiased system. In conjunction with the Burlington County Courts and the IOLTA Fund of the Bar of New Jersey, the Burlington County Bar Association sponsors art and essay contests for students, courthouse tours, panel discussions and more. Please check our calendar of events each spring for information on upcoming Law Day programs. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
