BCBA Position Available – Part-time Executive Assistant
Job Responsibilities:

  • General administration: answering phones, filing, mailings, providing referrals via the Bar’s Lawyer Referral Service, other clerical duties as needed.
  • Manage advertising for Bar’s monthly publication, including billing and receivables, new business and renewals
  • Manage CLE seminars including registration and check-in, NJ and PA CLE coordination, distribution of materials, invoicing, certificate production and distribution, and qualitative and financial summaries
  • Attend special events/seminars as needed

Required Skills:

  • Strong computer proficiency with experience in Excell, Word, Outlook, Access and other Windows-based software
  • Prior administrative and customer service experience in an office setting
  • Professional and pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task and self-manage

Additional notes: This is a part-time position, approximately 5 hours per week, Monday through Friday with some flex hours. Dress code is business attire (suits not required).
