Senior Citizens Lawyer Referral Program
The Burlington County Bar Association, through a grant from the Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders, provides legal assistance to Burlingon County residents age 60 and older. Preference for service is given to those individuals with the greatest social and economic need.
After an initial interview with the program staff, a referral is made to a program attorney. Interviews are held at the Burlington County Bar Association at 45 Grant Street, Mt. Holly.
The program is responsible for the attorney’s fee. However, a contribution towards the service based on the client’s income is suggested.
