Attorney ID Cards

In cooperation with the Burlington County Sheriff’s Office, the Burlington County Bar Association is pleased to offer ID Cards.  Click the link below to download an application for an ID Card. Once you complete your application, send it, along with the  fee to BCBA, 137 High Street, 3rd Floor, Mt. Holly, NJ 08060. Please allow at least 48 hours for application processing and then contact the sheriff’s office at (609) 265-3788 to make an appointment to have your photo taken for your ID Card. Questions?
